A Legacy Dating Back to 1979.
EMT chemical vapor monitoring badges are analyzed by an AIHA-LAP, LLC accredited laboratory using OSHA and NIOSH validated methods. They meet applicable OSHA and NIOSH accuracy requirements and can be used for workplace exposure monitoring when appropriate for the chemical and sampling conditions.
OSHA requires exposure monitoring for employees working with hazardous chemicals when an initial assessment or workplace change indicates that exposure levels may reach or exceed regulatory limits, such as an Action Level or Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).
